On May 10 I spoke to Cynthia to take my order to come back to Suddenlink from Direct Tv I thought this time would be different but it wasn't she offered me a free year of Netflix and 3 free months of Starz On Sunday the guy came to install and he forgot the bedroom TV and told me the guide would load in ten or fifteen minutes but it didn't load for a couple of hours so I had to call to get them to walk my husband through the deal to get the bedroom tv hooked up and I had to hold for 20 minutes before I got a human then I had to call back for the guide not loading and the Starz channel wasnt there when I finally got someone 40 minutes later he said we didn't have Starz the lady that sisgned us up made a mistake I said that sucked nobody called back and told me and why was she telling people that I asked to talk to a supervisor and he said oh well at first and then I goot real mad he promised me he would call me the next day and get permission to get it for me the next day came and went and I am still waiting Joe was his name he was the supervisor in the tech support dept and he is a LIAR along with all the rest of there customer service IT SUCKS
