Suddenlink - Bad service

Got high speed internet. He bought the modem. Hooked it up left trash on my floor. Nothing worked so I had to fix it my self because you wanted to charge me again to fix what your guy left broke. The WiFi is only good if I'm in the house.god to bid I would step out side

Suddenlink - What service ?

Ive went to have internet services turned on at my house not only once but now twice the tech never showed at my house after waiting beteeen a week to a few days each time with same promiss someone would arrive yet no one does ,mind you we habe payed up front for this torment and poor service and probly have just as much issue receiving our money back
