the lady from the office checked the status of all orders, we actually created a few order calling them every 2 days. The both orders had a status in the system as "available"; however the associate at the store stated that this is an system error. We agreed to cover all expenses that will be required to connect our property to the suddenlink cable... and we got - answer ...NO - go figure! Way to go Mr. Dave Gilles. Great management! I have had suddenlink for 3 months. Only went with them cuz we dont have many choices where i live. They suck big time!. Tech came out this morning,we didnt have servi e for 2 days. He did a few things and then left. Router started cycling on and off for the next hour. So we call back - oh so sorry we'll call in an hour and the tech will be back out today. I just tired to get wifi installed, one issue after another 5 cable outlets in the house, tech couldn't find one that connected outside, well I am not a tech but I think maybe in the attac, but he went from that, to he thinks the ground box is in the neighboring yard with the dog, to I think that bush behind your shed is posion ivy.Can't help you today.
