I have had suddenlink for 3 months. Only went with them cuz we dont have many choices where i live.

They suck big time!. Tech came out this morning,we didnt have servi e for 2 days. He did a few things and then left. Router started cycling on and off for the next hour.

So we call back - oh so sorry we'll call in an hour and the tech will be back out today. Two hours later we call and they say they will get to it, it's in the que.

I hope anothet better company comes out here soon. Oh and they have the nerve to try and sell me more service - obviously arent listening when I say their service sucks!
