On Saturday Suddenlink installed Internet at my house. Soon after he left I had no TV channels.

I called Suddenlink and made a request. The next day I traced the cable and found where it has been cut. Remember this is The cable that goes from my rooftop TV antenna to my TV. It is not Suddenlink's coacts cable.

So I called again. And I emailed. And I emailed again. Today is Monday and I called again.

No one can tell me anything except somebody should call to schedule an appointment. I don't want a call I don't want an appointment I want sudden link to repair what they broke. I have been without my TV now for almost 48 hours. But oh right, I have Internet service.

Suddenlink gave me their Internet service and Suddenlink disconnected my personal TV service BMI rooftop antenna. What kind of service is that ?!?
