Suddenlink just recently increased their internet rates by as much as $10.00 a month, and even more for some customers, just for internet alone. My plan went from 61.07 a month to 71.07 this month. I think it is rediculous what they are charging for internet service....

And when I did call back to find it what the problem was they said that there was still a block on my account due to no payment. I have the money out of my account to PROVE THAT I PAID IT!!!! Needless to say as soon as I have the chance to leave this internet company and go to a different one I will be leaving with my middle finger towards Suddenlink...

Suddenlink - Fraudulent Bill

Suddenlink have come up with a scheme to sift money outcof me.I tried to renew my service on 5/31/2017.But at this time I learn 10 years later, that I have a past due bill.Strange because I had new Service at my current address.So how did I manage to get new service with a ten year old bill hangingcin the balance?.I haven't seen a bill and Suddenlink have failed to present the same.
