Suddenlink - Sorry company

Multiple disruptions every day since early May. Schedule repair tech weeks out. It will go out before they leave the property but they leave anyway. Calling customer service requires 20 to 60+ minutes each time. How many times do I need to hear how important I am to them? How many times have I been hung up on? It’s maddening.

Same thing here. I was charged for a service call but I’ve had 4 techs out since that call and it’s still not fixed

Suddenlink - The worst

I work from home and NEED my internet. It is out and i called and they will not let me talk to a person. I pay all this money for internet service and i am unable to talk to a person when there is an outage!!
