Suddenlink - Useless

Internet is slow and the cable has the quality of a satellite during a storm. Has gotten progressively worse and when we call and complain they say it is in the lines and they know about it. Service has gotten so bad it is effecting our Suddenlink telephone service now. We are extremely irritated. This been occurring for over 8 months.

Suddenlink - Speed issues for two months!!

Where do I begin?? I pay for 100 MBPS and get 5 MBPS two months everyday! I have had dozen techs out to tell me it’s a tap issue and it’s been fixed but now it’s another problem. I don’t know what to do next
