I ordered internet service two weeks ago which of course i paid in advance for the tech came out and after 30 minutes announced that my home was not serviceable even though it already had suddenlink cable from the previous tenet upon trying to get a refund and all I got is a run around between the billing and new customer offices.

Suddenlink - No internet-no cable no resolution Liberty Hill TX

Details
5 days into no cable, no internet, two “tech” appointments with a no show. On hold for 1 hour at a time and disconnected. Scheduled call backs that result in a hang up. Appointment today was a no show and moved appointment to the 26th. There is no one to take your call. Paying for a service I am not receiving. Poor consumer relations. File a complaint with FCC!

Complained numerous times about interrupted internet service. Told they were working on it in my area. That was at least a month ago. Nothing has changed. Going ti look for another internet and cable provider. Milton, WV region.

It is a ridiculous experience to try and get service from this crooked, lying company. They are totally undependable and don’t seem to even try to provide service to their customers. The only thing they do well is make sure to collect their fees and charges!! I cannot...

Been there, doing tht. I was with these bastards frm 2005-2017 & they're the most disloyal, lying *** money hungry theives!

Then they're mkng it impossible for another cable comp to come here, bcuz they own all the tower's.

So another comp would hve2 either build a lot more or pay these bastatds to hve them. If they're being *** with custs can u imagine how they'll be twords competitor's?

Suddenlink - Billing sucks

I paid the bill. Then they said it didn't go through. Then we repaired adding a 10 00 late fee. So we paid it. Now the new bill comes in with a 10.00 fee added to the bill. They are so messed up!!!!

I have been a customer for four years and have had enough. I am changing to another provider! 1) Customer service makes false statements, doesn't document and then denies comments when follow up. 2) Internet speeds are a fraction of what they claim and constantly slows down. 3) They supply used equipment to the customer. 4) They have unwarranted price increases every six month.

I canceled my service after hardly ever having internet... I was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to cancel my service with the rep trying everything he could to get me to stay...Credits, lower bill, everything! Finally I said I’m not playing around cancel this. I went to return my modem today to the store in auburn ca.... it’s permanently closed! I was on the phone with Suddenlink for over an hour! Customer rep said nothing I can do but go to Truckee Ca and return it. They said if I do not return this modem I will be charged every month until I do. It’s safe to say I am pissed and will tell everyone I can to not use suddenlink. Worst company around
