Suddenlink - They are the most vile.

They have a customer service line. Why, I'm not sure. The company itsself is unobliging and the moet inconvenient of companies I've dealt with. Their service lacking from technical provisions all the way to how they handle complaints. Use anybody else. Really any well trained monkey with foil and an incoming phone line is a more capable of providing all "services" they claim to provide.

Suddenlink - 2 months of Outages

Do not I repeat waste your time and money. It all sounds good but trust me it’s not worth it! I started 8/14/2018, today is 10/8/2018 I have had outages in and out through out the whole months. It’s a tug of war to get a credit and when the technicians do come out all I here is well your service has been on and off so you must pay full price. This is crazy each tech leaves saying they fixed the issue it’s bs within minutes nothing works again.

Suddenlink is trash

I pay for service that cuts out on me all the time. It will be working and then suddenly decide to shut off. I have called Suddenlink and they sent out a guy who told me it was a saturation problem and they could do nothing about it. I even switched my wifi router, and that didn't help anything. They are the only high speed internet available in my neighborhood. They are trash.

Suddenlink - WORST SERVICE FOR INTERNET

This is the worst service I've ever had. It's down every single day! But since they are the only service in my area that's available we have no choice but to use them. Paying over $100/mo and getting maybe a handful of hours of uninterrupted service is ridiculous!

Suddenlink - Sorry company

Multiple disruptions every day since early May. Schedule repair tech weeks out. It will go out before they leave the property but they leave anyway. Calling customer service requires 20 to 60+ minutes each time. How many times do I need to hear how important I am to them? How many times have I been hung up on? It’s maddening.

I requested a Suddenlink technician to come out and investigate why my internet was dropping. Never being told I would be charged for this service of 64.35. I called and spoke to Dede on July 5th. She assured me a supervisor would get back to me within 24-48 hours....
