Awful service!! Avoid them at all costs!

Slow to resolve issues and not even worth the $35 a month. Any time it rains we have outages and go for days without services before anything is resolved. When you call and speak to someone about it they are often rude and "have no idea" when service will be resolved.

Unfortunately for us, they are the only internet provider available for people living on Ft Sill. I'd gladly pay more money for AT&T or Fidelity just to be able to use the services that I pay for!
