Since we upgraded to the highest speed and highest pay per month for internet we've had nothing but trouble with the internet. We even switched out our box hoping this would improve our internet experience.

It actually did for about a week and then the same old *@$?!. Our bill keeps on going up for less service and the quality is going down.

Guess it's time to explore another company cuz y'all are just plain sucking lately. Sandra Tussey
