I pay for 100MBS and I can't get speeds greater than 50mbs. Call your Attorney General, and the FCC and complain.

I'm going to be talking to my attorney to file a Class Action Lawsuit. Here's how you can catch Suddenlink in their scam. Run a speed test, then look at your bill.

They are charging me for 100mbs, and it states it on my bill. Reason of review: I'm paying full price but receiving less than the service I'm paying for..

Monetary Loss: $140.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Suddenlink Cons: Suddenlink is committing fraud.

The company fixed my service but they did not adjust my bill for the amount when I was being charged for 100MB, and when I reduced my service to 50mb but still could not receive service. They charged me the full price. In addition, I made changes to my service, I canceled some programming and Suddenlink is still charging me for the service I canceled.

Just like in New York with Spectrum Cable - AG Eric Schneiderman filed against them for falsely claiming faster Internet speeds than they can provide.
