Resolved: Suddenlink is useless if you have a life alert emergency
It was resolved by a gentleman calling and telling me they didn't know what happen, the on call service tech didn't "receive" the email on this one (after 3 attempts on our part to contact them) I knew there was NOTHING they could do to resolve this, didn't even want to have someone call me back with the excuse of "We just dropped the ball"
My mother in law is on Hospice and has a life alert system. It is a Sunday morning and lightening hit and knocked out her phone.
We started calling at 6:00am trying to get a technician to come fix the phone line. 3 times we were told that a service texh would call is back. 3 times we were told that it was their duty to take care if customers with life alert. We have waited all day and not obe time did we get anyone to call us back.
I am FURIOUS!
She is bed ridden and that is HERlife line. If anything where to happen to her, i see a HUGE lawsuit
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Suddenlink Cons: That they lied about their concern, Bad service, Being left hanging.
