It's called EXTORTION folks.You don't want it but they tell you you have to take it if you want the stuff you do want.
I know, I know, the customer rep. will tell you that they are just passing on the price. I don't care! Somebody stand up and and say NO.
If you want my money, stop increasing the prices. It's not rocket science folks. Loyalty? GONE.
Dumping them at the drop of a hat....oh yeah! Too bad this is how business is done nowadays.
