Moved to another town that did not offer Suddenlink. The office in the town I moved from is never open.

Called to cancel my service and was told I'd be billed for an additional month because the new billing cycle started that day. I'll be paying for a month of service I'm not even getting AND the modem MUST be returned within 5 days or I get charged for that. So I guess I get to drive 150 miles to return their equipment and then I get the joy of paying for a service I don't even have.

DO NOT USE SUDDENLINK!! They will butt rape you without even kissing you first!
