For 4 months now after they sent new equipment the tv and internet sucks, paying for 4 mbps getting 25.00 acording to the wireless test, they have been to my house 15 times, with no sign of it being fixed, the last tech came to test it without any way to test it but on his mobil phone, he said my phone was the problem and needed to up grade it, my phone in new, also the problem is on severl phones, the smart tv. Also new, a 300.00 dollar router.

And they said i could only get a refund when its fixed, the problem is after 4 months i dont think they can fix it, friday i called tech support and they said a tech would be out monday, they lied, i called monday after noone showed and found out i had no appt. The city of flagstaff gives them a license to steal.
