Suddenlink - Ready for a change

i have several services bundled; i dont care if i have to separate and pay different service providers for each service i am sick of suddenlink. having to wait 2 weeks to get a technician out to my home to address a problem is ridiculous. I live in Pineville LA and when i call customer service am connected to people in Dallas who say they cannot connect me with local representatives.

Your technicians dimeanor royaly sucks that came out to our nixa Missouri home property today around 2pm!!!!!!! Doesnt even introduce himself with his name no smile not friendly whatsoever in any way!!!!!!!!! He should not be a technician period especially when he doesnt know what the heck he is doing and doesnt handle other peoples property right!!!!! He is intently rude!!!!!!

Horrible costumer service!! That said they would send out a tech at no cost and then charged me 50 dollars for it! I have gone through 9 digital boxes for the tv since this started!!!!!!!! And then when tech was at home asked if he could look at wifi and he said we would have to get another tech out for that problem!!! And pay 50 dollars again, no thanks!!!!!!!!
