Suddenlink - Poor Technical Support

Details
I have been with Suddenlink since the early 1990s up to the present. I have never had a lot of issues with technical support until now. I could always get my problems resolved. They had a app conversion in Sept 2019. It screwed up my ez pay. I wanted to delete my payment method and when I tried to remove a payment method, I kept getting an error message, telling it had an issue and couldn't remove it. I then spent 4 days on the phone trying to get it resolved and their support never it resolved.

Suddenlink - Web Hosting Problems

Details
3 months ago my website went down for about a month. Technical support from numerous technicians didn't even know what a server was. I finally found a lady at the local office that contacted a higher up official that took charge of the problem and it got solved. Now I cannot upload to the site I've run for 20 years. Their response is, "Pay us another $20 a month and get priority support." Wow! Pay us more and maybe we will fix our server to allow upgrades or we will tell you to reboot your router because we don't know anything about web hosting.

Details
While cleaning yesterday, I suddenly did not have phone service. Knowing that I must have knocked something loose to cause my problem, I called Suddenlink to see what could be done. The girl was very polite and helpful but told me I would need a service man to come out and check my problem. She set my service call up for this morning-not even a day later. The young man came this morning as scheduled and had my phone working very shortly. He was very professional, friendly, and had great patience with me since I was not familiar with much of my equipment. I would like to congratulate Suddenlink for having such courteous, professional people to take care of its customers. Frances Richardson
