Suddenlink - 60 dollar charge

My box went bad so I plugged my antenna in until tech came with new box. Charged 60 dollars for tampering. I pay a fee each .month fir service calls but still charged. I called them and they will not take it off. They said I can't touch their stuff.

Suddenlink - Terrible now when I have problems I say I’ve got to pay for

Tried to get help from your helpdesk and then they say that although have to send a technician and it will cost me when your rates keep going up your service keeps getting worse that’s the end of me and most of my {{Redacted}} neighbors

Suddenlink - Is this a fu€》ing joke

After waiting a week and taking today off work these piece of s%it people never showed up and instead of fixing their own f!&k up want to reschedule me in another week?!? I tried to explain my situation but cant get anyone to pick up the phone and now its 4:16 pm on a Saturday meaning im fu$$$d until at least monday when i can call some real people to come fix what suddenlink put me on hold to fu€k up in my life!!!!

His response was all TVs are different and since I had not bought mine from Suddenlink they would not know to tell me this! (Really!!!!). He then told me he was going to turn the service on and off and if it came back on he would just leave because all would be well....

Suddenlink - Worst internet and cable customer service EVER

It took 4 different technicians to fix a simple router replacement; then, they charged me for the service call of the previous technician hooking it up wrong. Then when I didn’t want to pay for their mistake, they charged me a late fee (when I paid the normal price on time) I just didn’t pay the disputed charge.
