I have been trying to have suddenlink out to my house since Dec2017. It is now Feb. and no one has fixed problem yet. I keep calling and their techs lie and try to cover their {{Redacted}}. Not one phone call and they write on report tgat they call and no one answers....

Suddenlink has the worst customer service

We have been customers for a little over a year. At best the service has been slow. We experience outages three or more times a week. It is near impossible to talk to a person. The technical support is a machine that starts over and over, but if you want to pay them they have people standing by 24 / 7 to tack your money. I would never recommend Suddenlink to anyone.

Suddenlink - No internet

Our internet has been spotty for the last month and 2 days ago it stopped working all together. Supposedly a tech came by today although we were home all day and never saw anyone. Now they need to send another tech but not till November 7th!! Ridiculous!!!
