Dear Sir / Madam. I am really furious because I was however waiting like a fool for a technician on 08/10 since this morning on to hear after I have spoken to Kayden , at 14:30 pm that the technician according to the notes on the system was already at my place which is a great lie.
I am studying at home and haven't gone out for the whole day. He should be severely dealt with or given a written warning for bringing your company's name in disrepute with his lies.
