Had appointment with suddenlink o. Friday 10 am to run cable for tv in another room!

Tech runs cable saud there u go and lea es without hooking tv or checking line! It wS dead line so i call tell agent she said i get him back out there, well come 8 that nit he never showed so i call they said he be there but he didnt come back, at 8 next morni g i call and smart *** guy saud i put u on standby! I saud standby? he said he come between sunday and Next week, i said what he said once again tech be there between sunday and next week i said im not setting waiting not onowing when he be here that agent said once again and repeated when be there hatefully!

I should been prioity and i hung up on agent cause he so hateful!

Bad bussiness!!! Im not payi g for *** he did its dead line
