TV been out for 17 days. Had 2 tech's out and they did nothing. Terrible customer service. Hold on phone for 2-3 hours waiting. Live in Appleby, Texas. No TV service. Why can't you send someone out to repair service??? Going to switch to Dish if you don't fix ASAP

The city of Rocky Mount cut the cable while repairing a leaking gas line. I immediately informed city worker when it happened.

City worker left exposed cut line above ground to facilitate a quick splice repair for suddenlink. I called suddenlink and informed them of the issue. It took them over a week to perform a temporary repair. Repair tech stated it was only temporary and he would schedule construction crew to come bury new cable.

Temporary repair gave me spotty tv service and zero data / internet service. Suddenlink continued to charge me full price with zero service. I work from home. I have to have internet to perform work duties.

After 3 months of hot spotting my phone to laptop and pure frustration I ordered CenturyLink service and have had impeccable service and uptime. Suddenlink continued to charge me the entire time I had no service and sent 3 different repair techs to my house only to tell me they would have to schedule a construction crew to run new cable under the street. I gave them more than ample opportunity to repair the severed cable. I denied the suddenlink charges to my card and asked numerous times for them to credit me for the criminal fraud they continue to perpetuate.

After changing card number so they could not charge they turned my balance to collections. Hold times are echoed by previous reviewers. This company needs to have a class action law suit filed against them for fraud. Every consumer should file official complaints with their state attorney generals.

This is the business practice we should expect by allowing the government to dictate a franchise monopoly. They are operating so far outside of compliance it is disgusting. All the reviews I've read ... I echo the sentiments.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. horrible pricing. They cant give cable tv away.

This is why their business is failing and losing marketshare everywhere. I will see you in court suddenlink.

Suddenlink is not a reliable company. Always having to try to get ahold of a technician, which is impossible. Our Tivo is always messed up amongst many other issues.

suddenlink, aka suckylink does just that, sucks! Was watching "The Bacheloretet" but it was commandeered by PBS's "Antiques Roadshow"...an abc channel. "Antiques Roadshow" is on both the abc network and the public broadcast channel. How does that happen? Ask suckylink....

Details
Again and again. One or two channels either have no picture or sound, or sound and picture are off. This can last for days at a time. When you call customer service it's always the same response, you need to re-scan your channels or they need to send someone out. How does a tech pick out one problem in a bundle of cable wires? This has happened so often that I've even called the broadcasting company of the affected stations and their response is always the same. Who is your cable provider ? I answer Suddenlink, their response is always "there is your problem"

Suddenlink - My channels are always "freezing", or I get pixels to where I can't watch a show!

I've had Suddenlink at two different residents. first wast a new house new subdivision and it worked perfect! Then I moved to this very established upscale neighborhood and have had nothing but problems with the Suddenlink here. My cost doubled but my quality of service went to nothing! I have had several technicians out to try and fix the problem but no one fixes it. we have terrible internet and the cable is so bad we very seldom can get through a show anymore without freezing or the pixeling!! I have had it. C.A. MO.
