Suddenlink customer. Was having internet connection problems.
After 1yr of complaints, tech spent 5 minutes in house and deemed problem solved. Problems persisted but was charged $50 for the 5 minutes. Finally had a real tech out who said box was bad and original install wiring by SL was all messed up. Asked for $50 refund Suddenlink charged my cc for 1st tech.
Rude person after rude person said they deemed the charge valid & all I could do was file a complaint.
Will be switching TV service but stuck w/ them for internet. If you have a choice, avoid Suddenlink.
