I am trying to call technical support and keep getting the message there is an outage in my area and if I want they will call me and let me know when it has been resolved. I do not have a cable outage in my area however my HD channels have not worked for the past 4 days so I get to watch the local news channel or PBS only - I have nothing against those channels and their programing is quite good, but miss HD channels - not certain as to how to resolve - perhaps I should drive around until I spot a Suddenlink truck and then see if the technician can diagnosis/resolve the issue.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Being lied to.
