Every single month around the 20th every month my acsess constantly drops every 10 minutes until the day before my bill arrives then it works again just like yesterday and today and it started this month on the 24th, i know that suddenlink has a monopoly on internet service in lake havasu, why? somebody like maybe mayor is getting kickbacks from them so they are allowed a monopoly like this and then to screw everybody over every month they are stealing bandwidth because they can not provide it to everyone at once they are liars who when you call for service they beg for even your social security number and your phone number your address and your first and last name what kinds of computers you use, what color my *** was, they are data miner priks who sell your info to everybody all they need is my address and type of problem but they want to turn the call into opportunity for them so that somebody can *** your info, not cool, bunch of *** i hope they go under, 3 months ago they just changes the contracts of everybody without notice so i p had to pay priks 350.00 for over data usage for one month and the following month 180.00 just for internet nothing else, why doesnt some agency correct them? they are way out of line here pissed lake havasu resident suddenlink customer service is hellish here call cable for service and get hacked instead
