I have 1gig internet so i should never have slow internet and even when it is slow i shouldnt even notice it but lately ive been getting kbs per sec up to 3 mbs per second and i have called them to try and get them to fix the issues several times finally they sent some to replace all the cable lines outside after like the 10th time i called and well im still haveing the issue so far every night this week, im starting to lose my patient with them. It took me calling them about ten times before they even sent someone out to fix the problem and even when they did the issue still hasnt been resolved im seriously have about had it.
