All I wanted was to ask if service was out in my area because my internet was acting up. The guy I spoke to verifies my address then asks for my access code that it's on my bill I proceed to tell him I don't know my access code and I don't have access to it because I have paperless billing and can't see my bill without internet.
(DUH) he keeps asking for it then gives me a security code that asked who my grade school teacher was I asked if it specifies because I've had quite a few grade school teachers he proceeds to tell me I should know it when it's been over a year since I made my account. But yet he was able to verify my address.
All I needed was a simple yes or no to my question. All I asked was if there was service interruption in my area.
