Called suddenlink about telephone service after my telephone would not work. I talk to a tech.
on line and we could not solve it. So they send a tech from Lubbock to my house. He checked it out and it was unplug from the wall. I did not know it had two plug in for the phone line.
We did check and thought it was plug in. We could only see one side. Also no one messes with my hookups for my computer. I did have my grandkids kitten that weekend and they could have accidently unplug but I don't see how as it was on the side right up to the wall.
The tech. wrote that it had been tampered with and therefore the charge of $60.00 Tried to tell them it was not tampered with by any of us. I pay every month $6.99 for service on my bundle.
So I don't feel like I should have been charged the $60.00. Thank you.
