Suddenlink - THE WORST SERVICE EVER
I know what you mean, sudden link has been the worst experience ever. We moved from the DFW area to the Tyler area, cancelled our service in DFW, boxed the equipment and shipped per instructions that was the last week in February, We then attempted to use sudden link in the Tyler area, 1st trip out service man stated had to get in attic to check things out, our attic door was currently blocked due to the move.
We cleaned the area and a week later called for installation. Appointment set for a week after that. Hooked it all up, immediately we started having glitches with TV. Could not finish one TV show without interruption of service.
Error message kept saying your signal has been lost. The first connection occurred in March and as of last week of June we had service people in our home each time thinking it was fixed. On this visit when they said we can't make it work we will come back next week, We told them my husband was scheduled for surgery, and they just needed to wait till after surgery. In addition to no service this entire time, they continued to bill for service not only in Tyler but also for the DFW address even though we had called and cancelled service.
Spoke to people multiple times, each time saying it was corrected.
DO NOT USE SUDDEN LINK, OR YOU WILL FIND YOU ARE BEING CHARGED FOR NO SERVICE. YOU CANNOT TALK TO HUMANS.
Suddenlink Cons: Very corrupt billing system, Lack of follow through, Inaccurate billing.

Google an outfit called FairShake. They can represent you and your claims against SuddenFailure SuddenFailure's install contractor never completed install, stole items from our home, got caught stealing but drove off and refused to return.
Now SuddenFailure has refunded our money, returned our stolen property and have agreed to pay me $25 per hour for all my time spent trying to get resolution.
SuddenFailure is an organized criminal organization and are listed by the police as cyber terrorists. Good luck and NEVER give them your credit card info.
