Not resolved

Update 9/21/2018: Went in to the Conroe office to pay my bill with a check, because I do not trust this sketchy company with my bank or credit card information. I asked the apathetic woman at the front desk if she could set me up with paper billing, as no one I have talked with on the phone and by e-mail has been able to accomplish that enormous task.

She said she would.

Two weeks later and I still have not received a bill. Now they are flashing my screen with late payment messages. When I looked up my bill online they are trying to charge me for a "pay for view" movie I never ordered.

Kind of see why I do not trust them with my information for autopay? Does anyone receive a bill in the mail from these scammers????

Looking for another internet provider...
