I have more than one account. Each with different services.
I have been attempting 3 months to find a Suddenlink employee smart enough to add one little $10 phone to one of those accounts. This has started a snowball effect that has all my accounts screwed. I did finally get the phone today. I thought everything was great.
Then I got a call from my husband and all our TV service at home was stopped today!! When I called Suddenlink they wanted more money than we had been paying plus they said we had to wait several days for TV again because they had to send a technician. THAT IS INSANE! They turned it off with a switch.
All equipment is still attached same as it was.
Just flip the flipping switch that turned it off and turn it back on. This whole company is crazy.
User's recommendation: Do NOT use SuddenLink if you have another choice.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Suddenlink Pros: Easy to make payments online.
Suddenlink Cons: Too many to name.
