In October I requested a Seasonal Break as we were leaving our vacation home. I had to go through several people on the phone to get this done.

I was assured it was done.

I have not received a bill from them since then until last week on my messages.

They told me my service was suspended because of non payment. I phoned 4 times. Each time my call was disconnected. I finally used their message option.

They are telling me I did not put my service on Seasonal hold that I only inquired about it.

Before Covid we had done this many times with no problem.

I even told them that they should be able to see that we have not used the Service since October 15 and our Modem is unplugged as we do with all our Electronics when we leave.

I hope another company comes into our area. Suddenlink is bad news!

Monetary Loss: $230.
