Don’t know why Suddenlink has gotten worse .. they don’t care about there customers

Very disappointed in Suddenlink its just gotten so much worse than it ever was before.. have been without service on and off since July 2020 they went ahead and sent a tech out there who said I needed to be re-word from the street to my home said someone would be contacting me September 2020 and have not heard anything from them Im trying to contact them and try to get somebody out there to help me today a tech was supposed to be out there he never showed up of course they said its because the service came on for about an hour or two so I guess they decided that on their own .. I own a business and Im hearing this from almost every client of mine that Suddenlink services are bad they charge us a fortune on paying so much money for services Im not even receiving in my home or in my business and no ones doing anything about it still not having good service in my home at all my TVs have ugly pictures Wi-Fi does not work one full day at all and have heard nothing from them
User's recommendation: Suddenlink has gone downhill.
