Had Suddenlink for almost a year with no issues. I moved and wanted to stay with Suddenlink and my service.

One tech came to hook everything up, he was very rude, said I had to use the cables that we're already in the home, he would not reroute anything. He told me I could go by cable and reroute myself.. he used a splitter and ran cable from my neighbors home..lol..(not funny) but is.. I had TiVo but he he couldn't hook it up.

My internet won't go through my whole home.. I have about 1200 sq ft. I mean really.. So I call and placed on hold for over an hour, the second guy comes, he is much nicer and says what a bad job the first guy did but he doesn't have time to fix everything..again lol...

Really??? So now I'm very upset and complaining.. attached is a photo of the work these Gentlemen did.. you be the judges,, should I continue service with this company??

Would you. By the way this has been going on for just under a month..
