When we first connected, I couldnt understand her. I had to ask her to repeat herself two times.
She was not very helpful. I was trying to explain my situation. Someone has set up a minion spy camera and it is active on my wifi network. I live alone with my son every other week.
I wanted to know how to disconnect this device from my network or change my wifi password. She was giggling telling me that I have to do it. I told her that I tried to do it, it gave me an errror message. What error, IDK, I had to click out of it to get the # to call customer service.
By the time all this has taken place, the session had expired. I had to type it in again. The lady wasnt very helpful.
I told her I would just find someone else to help me. Why is the point in having customer service anymore?

Preferred solution: Change wifi password .
