Suddenlink - Worst service ever
I have had suddinlink for 3 months, and have been contacting them 1 to 2 times a week,when my phone would work. They knew about the problem cause it was there under ground cables, they kept sending out people,the first time it was cause they gave me a broken an used box,yes they replaced it, did things get better no they got worse.
They kept sending out guys,an they all said the same thing,it was under ground, did they do anything NO! Not until I was real pissed then they found some one with a brain,an he sent out another guy to hook up the under ground cables an got rid of the temp cable that was above ground and way weathered. They only gave a 42 $ credit for 3 months.
That is .46 cents a day . All I can say if you want to be ripped off suddinlink is your place.
Reason of review: Bad quality.

We should not have issues like this I should have stayed with dish network suddenlink has *** service they need to send a tech out to fix this issue
I have had problems thr channel freezing on is in me and my husband bedroom and in the family room I want a 10 doaller credit and a tech to come out to look at the boxes and swap them out if need to be
*** off with Sutton link since yesterday, no one fixing anything, trash company
They have a computerized phone service and hang up on you when you have tech problems. The only respond on weekdays and usually forcyou to pay a bill
